The Design Retainer & Transparent Process We prioritize project momentum and total transparency. To initiate your project and secure your place on our calendar, we begin with an initial 10-hour design retainer. This allows us to dive immediately into high-impact work: Custom Layouts & Sourcing: Developing floor plans and selecting premium finishes. Project Coordination: Managing vendor communication and on-site trade meetings. Integrated Travel: For our local clients, travel time within the Atlanta area is included and billed directly against your retainer hours—ensuring a straightforward, no-hidden-fee experience. As we work, every minute is meticulously tracked and logged. Once your initial 10 hours are utilized, we simply replenish the retainer to keep your project moving forward without delay. Flexible Installation & Delivery We believe your home should be delivered on your terms. You have the choice between two levels of final execution: Signature White-Glove Installation: Our team manages the logistics, assembly, and styling for a professional "big reveal" moment. Independent Setup: If you prefer, you can opt for delivery without full-service styling, giving you the freedom to manage the final placement yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Purchases made through the Lauren Meinhold Designs site are NONREFUNDABLE unless otherwise excused by the owner in writing. Each purchase greatly effects the waitlist and turnaround time for every client on the list. Lots of time and effort go into each and every project to make sure you love the result, which is time and effort unable to be dedicated to another paying client. Lauren Meinhold Designs totally understands your excitement for your project and/or the fact that you want to get it finished ASAP. That being said, if the current booking availability doesn't work for your timeline or there is a possibility of unforeen circumstances interfering with your desire to move forward with services, please reconsider before booking.
